Introduction

Teachings on Daoist Medicine is the first trial textbook on Daoist medicine in higher medical schools, divided into five parts. It provides an overall study of the culture of Daoist medicine from five major aspects, including an introduction to Daoist medicine, theological thought and divine governance system of Daoist medicine, historical conditions for the emergence of Daoist medicine, representative figures of Daoist medicine, and basic schools of Daoist medicine, and systematically elaborates on the system and techniques of Daoist medicine and its important value in contemporary society, reproducing the whole picture of Daoist medicine in a more complete manner. Because it breaks through the limitations of the previous study of medicine from a single discipline, and integrates the wisdom of Taoism, Daoism, philosophy, history, literature, medicine, vital science, and health science, and makes an in-depth exploration in many academic aspects with the ideas of Laozi's Tao Te Ching, it is a more complete textbook for medical school teachers, colleges, and in-service medical workers to study Dao medicine, and can also be used as a reference for teachers and students of other institutions to understand the motherland

A good reference for students and faculty of other institutions to learn about the culture of Taoist medicine.
